Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 07:38PM June 14th: a day full of color, fun, love and lots of dancing!! They were married at Second Presbyterian on Belmont with a reception at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. Elizabeth James and her team kept everything running smoothly and as usual did a fantastic job!!
The happy and in love couple!

The bride's ultra cool hair and gorgeous dress.

I am a little obsessed with shoes...I think because I can't really wear high heels any longer.

The bridesmaids all wore different shoes... I love these. The Tulip Tree created all the lovely bouquets and centerpieces at the reception. I just loved the color of these peonies, the prettiest flower in the world (to me anyway)!

Emily and her fun sisters.

Drew and his fun sisters.

A gift from the groom...

Emily and her dad getting ready to walk down the aisle.

Mr. and Mrs.

The cake and a purse!

First dance.

Another view of the Frist. I love that the current main exhibit is called "Color as Field". The reception tables were covered with black and white tablecloths and a sea of colorful flowers...dahlias, lilies, peonies, gerbera daisies and roses.

The Blue Tones kept the place rockin'!!

Some cake and sherbert.

The reception tent.

Dancing feet...

The bouquet toss.

Saying goodbye in the blue jaguar from Matchless.
