Nashville Tennessee Wedding: Kate and Matt's FABULOUS wedding

Kate Sherrard and Matt Chin were married on July 12th at Christ Church Cathedral with a reception following at Belle Meade Country Club.  The day was beautiful full of great friends and family!   That night thunderstorms rolled in bringing lots of rain which as we all know means lots of good luck for this fabulous couple.

I love letterpress: Nashville

Letterpress...yummy!!!  The texture and feel of something handmade.   

My graphic designer Bonnie Brockman of  Tenn Hens Design here in Nashville designed her own wedding invitations and thank you cards. They were all printed on the letterpress.  Check them out!    

The invite arrived in a pretty green box with hay!!

Bonnie designed a beautiful fan that was also the program for the guests.  It included a history of the farm.

Jennifer + Robert: All Faith Chapel at Vanderbilt, Nashville, TN

This was a small, intimate wedding. Only 30 guests, no bridesmaids or flower girl. They celebrated at the Boundry's Phoenix room. Jennifer and Robert were a lovely couple to work with, a little shy with the camera but I think I got some fabulous shots of them!!

Lauren Trent and James Pollard were married on June 21st at West End Methodist Church with a reception following at High Note Farm! Elizabeth James did a fabulous job pulling together all the details.

Emily Phy + Drew Sanders: Nashville Tennessee Wedding

June 14th: a day full of color, fun, love and lots of dancing!! They were married at Second Presbyterian on Belmont with a reception at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. Elizabeth James and her team kept everything running smoothly and as usual did a fantastic job!!

The bridesmaids all wore different shoes... I love these. The Tulip Tree created all the lovely bouquets and centerpieces at the reception. I just loved the color of these peonies, the prettiest flower in the world (to me anyway)!

Another view of the Frist. I love that the current main exhibit is called "Color as Field". The reception tables were covered with black and white tablecloths and a sea of colorful flowers...dahlias, lilies, peonies, gerbera daisies and roses.
